1. In a 498A + 307 Case, the Hon'ble court had framed the charges after 3 years of court filing (committal) of the case and issued the summons to PW 1 to 9
After hearing this, the complainant had filed a court transfer application alleging the Hon'ble Judge himself. She has never enter into court premises, but she is very powerful in local area.
Can you please help me with any HC citation and SC precendents wherein, the sought trasnfer petition is dismissed as there is cause of action to believe judge is baised.
