Loan from bank

I am purchasing flat from my uncle, so i am applying for home loan from bank but some bank refusing to give loan . As per them this is Loans come under the Blood relation Please help us , the category of blood relation . and which Bank and institute provide the loan.

As long as you are providing the bank with all the required documents and satisfy the condition of repayment, the bank should not any problem in approving such loans.

If the banks are still rejecting for the reason that you have mentioned above, You can try NBFC's.
