Loan for two wheeler

Sir, I bought two wheeler for my brother use and through TVS Finance. Now, I have rift between myself and brother and no communication. My Brother stop crediting EMI amount to my Account where ECS assigned. Past 5 months I am paying penalty for ECS bounce. The financier keep corner me by threating a file suit against me. My brother not bothering About my situations. Please advise how to overcome
