Linked documents

Hi Sir,

we actually saw a flat in Hyderabad, which is a notary land before 2013, it is registered in 2013, can it be possible to get linked documents for last 30 years, and the owner is saying he had linked documents from 1980, my dought is, is it possible to have linked documents for first time registered land.

please advise can we buy that flat, is it safe to buy the flat in first time registered land.
