What is the limitation period to file a Civil Revision Petition in High Court?
In a CMA the interim injunction granted by lower court was revoked and cost imposed on me. The order was passed a year ago and in the EP of the order i have paid the cost to opposite party also.
Can I file a CRP on the CMA in this case?

After the lapseof one year you have no right to eith file CRP or CMA.
