Limit to vacate interim stay

on 27.7.2015 we got high court interim stay on lower court order.
Now posted for admission, till date defendant has not appointed advocate and next hearing date blank.
what to do?

High Court may decide the matter in the absence of any counter otherwise may ask to file it by next date and injunction order would be extended
