This is just to inform you that my name in appears in ‘Limca Book of Records’ 2009 edition at page 71 in the category – ‘Communications-Print-Most letters to the editor’:
“Most letters to the editors” i.e., 8,909 letters in 304 Newspapers and magazines since 1974. (Third Place)”.Of this 3,411 Letters have appeared in MULTI-CITY EDITIONS and 2,885 letters in newspapers with a Circulation having more than 50,000.
 “Most in a month -79 in March 2007”;
 Most in a single newspaper in a year: Published 146 letters in Central Chronicle between July 10, 2006 and July 9, 2007.
Longest: Published a 960 worded letter in Indian Nation, erstwhile English daily from Patna, Bihar on Dec. 3, 1996.

  2.  Published more than 100 letters in 16 newspapers and 6 magazines – including more than 200 letters in 11 newspapers and more than 300 letters in 6 newspapers and more than 400 letters in 3 newspapers.
  3. All published letters in a column / issue by one author. In a magazine all the letters (Eight in number) published – were written by me.
  4. I am only four-in-one contributor to the press-contributing Letters, Articles, Poems and Jokes.
Also to my credit there are 105 Prize Winning letters; 86 Articles; 280 Poems – one in Australian Magazine and 66 Jokes published so far.
