 The appellant-company cannot be considered as stock-broker as it is not involved in the sale and purchase of securities and as per the Articles of Association, the appellant shall not undertake any dealings in securities on its own account - Madras Stock Exchange Financial Services Ltd. v. Commissioner of Central Excise [S/16/03/MAS]
