Letter for the advancment of the date of hearing

You will have to file an application stating valid reasons under the provisions of CPC for advancing the hearing. 

The court will order notice to the other side and after hearing both the sides the court will advance the hearing if necessary.

File affidavit, spelling out why you need to advance

In Petition part spell the prayer alone like " for the reasons stated in the ccompanying affidavit, the case may kindly be advanced from **** to a very nearer date".
