Let us know your legal problems- representation to law maker

                     SARDAR    SENA
You have nothing to loose except your helplessness.
1)          Hundred percent opportunities for all.
a)       Retirement age forty five years for all.
b)       No person to be elected to any post for
more than two terms in life time.
c)       Min fifty percent voting essential for winning any election.
d)       No persons to hold more than two  public posts at any time any where.
e)          Govt has no business to do any business, all sectors to be open for every body for efficient and transparent service.
f)         Hundred percent employment for all but not by any reservation but by providing all possible training facilities to all without exception so  as to make them efficient and capable in larger interest of all.
g)       No privilege of strikes, go slow or any type of agitation to regular employees in any sector. This weapon was devised for helpless people but now being used by privileged to keep the downtrodden as hostage .
h)       Persons who are in regular employment and not satisfied with their working conditions and wages should  come out and make way for their under privileged brothers and sisters for whom no hope is left for any gainful employment under any system.
i)          The world population is ageing and so  they need administrators, managers and all types of human help. We have compartmentalised the capabilities of our people . Where ever proper training was available our people have excelled all over world. There are unlimited opportunities available for properly trained persons.
A THOUSAND MILE JOURNEY STARTS WITH FIRST STEP
AND IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO START.
2)          Uniform and transparent legal system.
a)     Uniform laws, procedures and legal  system   all over the country.
b)    District as centre  for all legal action. All types of forums , tribunals to be merged in district legal system. Litigants should have opportunity for first appeal, revision at district level only.
c)     Legal system has become so complicated and clumsy that even a CENTRAL LAW MINISTER or CENTRAL LEGAL SECRETARY to Govt  of India is not able to explain that which action lies before which forum, court or tribunal and where appeal if any lies.
Even law makers do not know what clumsy legal system they have  made by regular new laws, procedures , legal forums and tribunals than how  an ordinary layman is supposed to know . But the ignorance of law in no excuse sermons are  for him.
d)    So this is an effort to make lawmakers aware for urgent need of transparency and simplification of laws, procedures and systems.
e)    Even without changing any law but just by making use of technology  stream lining the procedures  assistance of advocates in the present legal system  and enforcing APEX COURT directions within TWO WEEKS  the system can be made more than twenty times  efficient if not more with same staff and facilities.
f)     And by just making small changes in  existing  laws and age old obsolete procedures the efficiency of legal system can be increased by more than hundred percent  to thousand percent with same staff and facilities within a very short span of time.
We have to make legal system result oriented and transparent and far that continuous efforts are needed and law makers have to be awakened from their slumber.
We give presentations to the law makers on regular basis  with actual examples but for actual action public awareness is needed so that  the lawmakers can be confronted on every possible forum and platform for actual action.
Turn by turn we try to make our awareness campaign at every bar association on all India level and  meet advocates and litigants .
PLEASE SEND YOUR INPUTS AT :- sardarsena@gmail.com
Website is under construction but you can share at whatsup , facebook and other social sites and help to create awareness for this urgent necessity of immense public importance which affects every walk of life

All litigants please join this movement for simplifying the court procedures.

1) DISTRICT SHOULD BE PLACE FOR FIRST APPEALS IN ALL CASES.

2) SIMPLE TECHNOLOGY SHOULD BE USED TO AVOID MULTIPLE VISITS TO COURT WHICH IS PURE TORTURE AND NO USE.

A) FOR THIS USE EMAILS AND SMS .. GIVE EMAILS TO ADVOCATES OF BOTH SIDES AND PARTIES FOR NEXT DATE .

B) GIVE SCANNERS TO EVERY COURT CLERK SO THAT ALL APPLICATIONS , REPLIES AND ORDERS ARE SCANNED AND MADE AVAILABLE TO ALL PARTIES INSTANTLY

.

C) ANY PARTY SHOULD BE SEND APPLICATION IN ANY CASE  BY EMAIL THOUGH TROUGH AN ADVOCATE SO THAT PROPER DRAFTING IS DONE , SO THAT UNNECESSARY TRAVEL TIME IS AVOIDED AND COURT TIME IS SAVED.

IT WILL BE BOON FOR ADVOCATES ALSO SO THAT ANY ADVOCATE CAN ASSIST ANY CLIENT ALL OVER COUNTRY FROM HIS PLACE.

THESE SMALL METHODS CAN INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF COURTS MORE THAN TWENTY TO FIFTY TIMES WITH SAME STAFF.
