Following are facts before your experience to adjudge whether a crime has been committed or not ? If yes, under which sections of IPC or relevant Act/s ?
1. A person works as a Security Officer (Gazetted) in a Government Organisation.
2. He signs on Loan Application Form of some applicants as DDO (Drawing and Disbursing Officer) knowingly that he is not authorized to do so.
3. He knows it very well that in his office, ONLY the Accounts Officer or the Head of Office can sign upon the loan application.
