Dear Subrat,
as per the judgment of the Delhi HC, it nowhere validates the marriage between two male or two female persons. the judgment only speaks about unconstitutionality of sec 377 of IPC and limits its scope to minors only. for gay marriages, there must be a separate law enshrining rigts and liabilities.
