Legal validity of divorce got from abroad

Dear All Valuable Lawyer

I need to know that If a person getting divorce from Abroad ( Canada) is valid by Indian legal or Judicial system.

As she never been to canada . But i am getting divorce as per legal law of canada.

Please let me update on it.

Various supreme court judgements are passed in india regarding your point. If the ground on the basis of which other party had taken divorce is recognised in india than decree is valid. Otherwise not valid. For more call09910657998 mahavir singh advocate.
