My mother-in -law was born in 1955 and died in 1991 leaving behind my husband,sis-in-law and my Father-in -law.She belonged to a family of Father ,mother and two brothers.Father and mother both expired without leaving a will and their is a ancestral property.Brothers have divided the property within themselves and selling without knowledge of my husband and sis-in-law as my mother-in-law is no more.Can you guide me.Thank you
