Legal rights of a teacher during probation period

If an employer employs a teacher without deducting P.F. and also pays a paltry monthly salary like Rs. 1000 or Rs 2000 a month. Is this act of exploitation punishable and if so, whom should the employee approach?

1.PF; is applicable if employee was drawing wages Rs6500/month..............................and now the wage ceiling on PF has been increased to Rs.15000/pm as per def. of wages in the PFAct..

2. Salary of Rs.1000-2000/pm is unheard of. The Teachers unions have struggled/agitated  and have succeeded to get wages at par with Govt. teachers........

If the school is affiliated with some board e.g. CBSE::::: go thru CBSE Affiliation rules and service conditions stated in these and also State Education ACt.............................and officials of the Board, State Education Dept, unions can be approached...
