My case scenario is this
1.15 years desertion between me and my estranged wife.
2.through well wisher for both families as well as mediator mcd filed on 4.10.2015.
3.though amount quoted in mcd but payment of permanent alimony neglected to be quoted in mcd petition by lawyer
4.receipt for one time payment of permanent alimony not filed with mcd petition.
5.case dismissed on 5.6.2015 due to withdrawal of wife though she received whole amount of permanent alimony prior to filing of mcd petition out of court.
6. If I have to appeal in high court of chennai can it be through S.B.civil misc. Appeal or can it be through contempt petition?
7. In rajasthan anil khatwani appealed through s.b.civil misc. Appeal can I follow that procedure in chennai high court?
8. Is bench of supreme court there in chennai high court?
9. I am in dire need of divorce decree please help me honourable counsels?
