Who is the real owner of land: ( State- Bihar)
1. The one in whose name land mutation is done or who is possesing ( by force). Is there any Supreme court judgement and if I can get any link or copy.
2. If some one claims in court that land is in his possesion for many years can he have a claim on the land even if mutation is in other person name.
