I have received a legal notice from Vodafone for unbilled amount of INR 2188/-.
Actually there was a disconnect in the bill of INR 1250/- which they have charged for extra data usage of 200 MB apart from Tariff, I refused to pay the extra bill, as I have not used that much data. I asked them for the details of the links and website, which they refused to share.nI have sent them mails to share the details as proof.
I am ready to pay the rest amount which was charged for the calls. Now they have included 600 more for late fee and 12-13 days usage (post bill date). I am ready to pay the amount apart from that extra 1250 and late Fee.
Please confirm should I respond to the Legal Notice and ask them to send me the revised bill after removing that INR 1250/-.
