Legal notice

Hi i got legal notice from broadband company for outstanding bill amount . so what should i have to do as i have paid the bill and have all the documents in place . also what action should be done for this this??

You should give Detail reply mentioning the Detais of payment alongwith acknoledment slip to the Broad band Company.You may take an assistance from Local lawyer.

Hello..

I want to issue notice, on regards of my client, Hows tenent is not paying the rent from last 3 months..

The agreement was made for 3 years.. Registered to Registerer office..

Firstly you should send a Legal cum Demand Notice for rent,  thereafter if tenant fail to pay then recourse to eviction suit in competent court of Jurisdiction.
