Dear Sir,
I am residing in Madipakkam, Chennai in my own flat for almost for past 2 years. My father passed away on Sep 2014 and we got the Death Certificate in Oct 2014 from Chennai Corporation. Now we need to apply for Legal Hier certificate to deal with my father property in Singaperumal Koil, Near Chengalpattu (Pin 603204)/
Our ration card is in Singaperumal Koil address for last 15 years and it has my father, my mother, self and my grand father name and we have not yet transferred to Madipakkam, Chenna address.
My grand mother died in 2012 and we have death certificate too for her.
Now do i need to apply for Legal Hier certificate in Sholiganallur Taluk (Madipakkam Comes under) or Chengalpatu Taluk (Singaperumal KOil Comes under it).
Except Ration card, my father Aadhar, Bank account are in Madipakkam Address.
Pls guide me.
