Sir,we r 4 brothers.father died 12 years back n mother stays with youngest brother in fathers house.we 3 brothers are staying separate in our own houses.
After mother's demise who are legal heirs of her movable assets vis.money lying in her bank account,Gold ornaments etc. if she has not made any will.
If she has nominated our youngest brother (with whom she stays in father's house) in bank account as well for house whether we 3 brothers have in legal right on house n movable assets.

Your mother, your brothers have equal share in father's estate.
You, your brothers have equal share in mother's estate, including everything.
