I have doubt in legal heir of deceased wife.
1)If thier is no will on the property and wife is dead (No Children). Will husband alone the legal heir or her father and mother also legal heir?
2)If husband getting second marriage , Will he remains the Legal heir for his first wife property and Do he have the rights cliam the share.
Please share your views which will be so helpful for me. Thankyou

if the property is self aquired by your wife or if you had bought in her name then since she had died intestate then the legal heir will be her huband only.

yes even after contracting second marriage he still remains the legal heir.
