My 83 years aged aunt is the only member living in my late uncles family , last year my uncles account were closed due to want of aadhaar , now IT refunds have come with account details mentioned of the shut account , approached the concerned ITO & was advised to do legal heir formalities pls advise how to go about with this , refunds in question are worth Rs 20000/-
