Sir, I want to know that Can I sale my property to any body with out the permission of my wife son and my daughter which is not ancestral and absolutely created by own earnings

Yes you can sell your self acquired property anytime without taking permission or consent of anyone whether your wife or children.

CONTRARY to the above replies:
1. You can sell your self-acquired property, subject to:
a) That you are mentally stable /fit,
b) That you are not under debt, to anyone, whose liability could fall on your wife & children
