AMIT SHETH   15 October 2019

Legal charges debited by co-operative hsg. society.

Dear Sirs, I, Mr. Amit D. Sheth, having my office at Vile Parle (West), Mumbai, is requesting with our Office Bearers as well as Managing Committee to allow me to park my car but they are not allowing to park my car just because they all bought parking from builder which is against By-Law and after this I had approach to an Co-Operative Lawyer requesting my Society's Office Bearers to allow me to park my car through legal notice from Dy. Registrar in Mumbai but still no action is being taken. I had from my personal account paid the legal fees to my advocate but my Co-Operative Hsg. Society has debited their legal charges in my society maintenance bill. I, now request you to kindly let me know whether can my Co-operative Society can debit me their legal charges. Awaiting for your reply. Rgds, Amit Sheth
