Legal and Compliance officer
Eligibility
Company Secretary (CS)/ LLB with 2-5 years experience with companies in similar line of business. Candidate should have expert knowledge of matters related to Corporate Law, SEBI, FMC, FEMA, EPF etc.

Job descripttion
· Looking after all legal activities relating to Kredent Group
· Compliance with local and other applicable laws
· Attend day to day legal matters
· Take care of agreements and legal documentation related to Kredent Group
· Designing, overseeing and monitoring the compliance program
