 sir, the case is -

in1986 the previous owner of the land RAMESH have 2 son YOGESHWAR AND HULLAS in 1986 RAMESH transfer the land in the name of only 1 son YOGESHWAR AND declared that he is only my son,and YOGESHWAR got possesion of land,in year 1996 YOGESHWAR sold the land to NARENDRA and in year2000 we purchased the land from NARENDRA and since year 2000 we got possession of that land till 2007 but in year 2002 HULLAS filed case against his brother YOGESHWAR  before ADDITIONAL COLLECTOR and we had no knowledge about this case in year 2007 the additional COLLECTOR order to patwari to change the ownership of the land to HULLAS and in that case they don"t make us party

after getting knowledge we file the case before commissioner of revenue board for the cancellation of additional collector order .
