YOUR STATEMENT IS THAT AT THE TIME OF PASSING OF STATUS QUO OEDER BY DISTRICT COURT 1ST PARTY WAS IN POSSESSION OF PROPERTY. oRDER OF STATUS QUO WAS CONFIRMED BY HIGH COURT. SUBSEQUENT TO THE ORDER OF HIGH COURT 2ND PARTY FORCEFULLY TOOK POSSESSION OF PROPERTY.

Beliving your statement it is advised you need not to file any SLP before Supreme Court. Just file an application of contempt before High Court submitting proof of fact of taking  forceful possession of the property by 2nd party.
