I would higly appreciate if anyone of you could send me dictionay of legal terms. Like bail, remand, paroll, FIR, chargesheet, district judge, DM, cognizance of offence, and so on commonly used terms.
Also, I would appreciate if someone could tell me the basic procedure how police can arrest, time to produce before judge, duration of remand, timelimit for filing chargesheet adn how trial takes place. Is there any time limit. with citation and section will be very helpful to understand the concepts/ procedure.
this is for my own knowledge to have better understanding of laws.
