Hi I am a NRI and I have a property in Mumbai that is being rented on Leave Licence basis. It is now over 2 years and the tenant has not paid any rent. He has been making promises and more promises and I am now fed up and wish to have him evicted from the flat. The LL agreement is registered. What can I do? can anyone help me with this case? Thanks

Serve notice on to the Tenant asking him to evict the premises along with previous rent and interest on outstanding rent.....and then if required go for Eviction Proceedings.....under Rent Control Act.
