An Inam land holder, leased land to Army , now Army claims owner ship of this land by virtue of Inam act., provision that who ever is in position as on 1-11-1973 can claim ownership. A Govt. body, that to under lease ( even as on today they are under lease, but lease is not renwed after 2002 year), can claim as owner under Inam Act.?
