I am looking at a property (apartment) in Bangalore, which will take some time for registration (maybe 3-4 months), but all other formalities from builder, including agreements & handover/possession can be completed quickly.
My Q: Can I lease the property, and register the lease agreement immediately WITHOUT the property being registered? Is the builder liable to provide the NOC for such rental (since the registration delay is on his part)?
