I am leaving in a rented house which I have taken on Lease for 2 year basis.
now the owner refusing to pay the lease deposit, and asking to vacate the house, he is telling that he will give the cheque after vacating and handed over the key and bond.
what shall I do now, shall I accept the cheque and handover the key and bond to him,
if cheque is bounced in the account what shall I do?
Please help me and guide me.
