We have taken one plot on rental basis before 2 months and got the possession of the plot 2 months back , however , due to Owners non availability we could not get agreement signed and registered. Now he is back and we want to sign and register the agreement,
My query is can we mention the agreement period which is earlier to actual signing date. Like we will sign agreement on June 2017 and mention that agreement will be effective from April 2017. Will it be treated as valid??? Please confirm it is urgent . Thanks in Advance Regards,
