Due to rainy season, our management is taught to go for lay-off in coming months, our company rolls staff is below 75, contract labour is 85 & Security staff is 10 total Manpower is 170, shall we consider it to below 100 and above 100, which type of lay-off form is applicable to us, please suggest and share the concerned act.
