In an ongoing divorce case in family court, my wife filed Maintenance case with the same pleadings she made in her divorce case, relief is the only difference in between those two cases filed by her.
I agreed to pay my lawyer 25000/- for divorce and now he is demanding another 25,000/- for maintenance case.
As the pleadings and court dates are same, i asked him not to charge or charge only part of it but he is not yielding.
So i want to know how to deal with him?

That is why i always suggest to fight your own case.
