Law is one and same for all.

Why some high ranking Judges are not legally prosecuted for their wrong doings?

There must be some law for prosecuting them.

We know they have godly powers but they are not gods, they are human like us. And the law is same for all humans.

Are Judges are above law? Are not every body equal before law?

Even former Karnataka High Court Justice M.F. Saldhana demanded an order to keep away Chief Justice P.D.Dinakaran from the court till allegations levelled against him were cleared.

For delay in taking decision of charge of encroachment of Government land by Justice Dinakaran in his native Kaverirajapuram in Tamil Nadu.

" The people were losing FAITH IN JUDICIARY".

Right People are not loosing faith in judiciary. They know the importance of Judiciary. No one is above law. But due to our Government's bad adminsitration judiciary became worse to worst.

All gliters is not gold. All judges are not corrupt. One High Court Judge is enough to bring bad name to the judiciary in the country.

I too agree since 1980 corruption is multyplying daily. Now we requires a tyranny CJI  to bring the glory of our judicial system.

Who say that there is no system to prosecute judges?

Law is there but it is not stringent as required.

Govt. is planning to make a comprehensive law/procedure in this matter during the current session of Parliament.

As long as the power to appoint Judges is exercised by Government and no All India Judicial Service is constituted, the shape of things to come would be chaotic.

The power of appointment and transfer demoralises them.

Cases are piling up. More judges are appointed. More cases pile up. One thing chases the other. In 1960, Allahabad High Court had 24 Judges. Now 112 and counting. Except in the court, they don't command respect any more outside? Why this degeneration has taken place?

A friend had asked the difference between removal and dismissal from service. Can you enlighten the difference between rape and indiscipline after reading this:

Goa cops ‘rape’ s*x worker, film act

PANAJI: Goa police have submitted a report on three constables, who s*xually abused a commercial s*x worker inside a police van and allegedly

shot a video of her with their cellphones and circulated it among colleagues.

The inquiry into the incident, which occurred 10 months ago, was completed on November 4 by Calangute police inspector Nolasco Raposo. The findings were handed over to SP (North) Bosco George on Friday, superintendent of police Atmaram Deshpande said, but declined to divulge details. The policemen have been found guilty.

However, ‘‘they have not been charged with rape but only indiscipline,’’ a senior police officer said. According to police sources, the trio, including a head constable, accosted the victim, allegedly a commercial s*x worker, standing by a roadside near Calangute beach and threatened her with arrest if she failed to fulfill their demands.

One law for citizen one law for VIPs

In a clear case of double standards, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has been caught on camera violating basic traffic laws. The Chief Minister was caught riding a bike along with the State Industry Minister and a guard without wearing a helmet and even taking the liberty to ride tripling, a gross violation of the Section 128 of the Motor Vehicle Act. But as his followers cheered him on, not a single traffic constable dared to book him.

But this is not the first time the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister has got into trouble. In July 2009, Chouhan faced the heat from all quarters when virginity tests conducted at mass marriage because the Madhya Pradesh government wanted to ensure the brides-to-be were not trying to exploit the govt largesse. More recently Chauhan had to issue a retraction after his speech telling firms in state not to employ Biharis. And now a joy ride that is turning out to be an embarrassment for the Chief Minister also going on to show how there are different rules for different people.

The case has to be filed against them against Judges Act 1968. But who will file the case?

Supreme Court is the petitioner. It files a case against Delhi High Court judgement in RTI Act case in the SC?

Yes, you read it correctly. SC in the SC!
