Indeed those who enjoyed public money during calender year 2010,2011,2012 and 2013 have suddenly stopped their activities of personal visit to central information commission at the cost of public exchequer during 2014.

If they were doing it under some rule (during 2010 to 2013) then what prevents them presently to stop enjoying personal visit to central information commission?

the attached 2 recent decisions of Central Information Commission note the presence of insurance company officials through VC( acronym for video conference)

If there was no rule and they were doing the same in collusion with so called competent authority to influence the CENTRAL INFORMATION COMMISSION then the act constitutes lack of ethics, embezzlement and mis appropriation of public money.
