Landowner is Not Returning Security Deposit

I have taken one room on rent in S Block DLF phase 3, Gurgaon, after staying for almost 8 months I vacated the premisis. Now landowner(a lady who has taken building on lease from some other person ) is not returning my security deposit i.e.10000.Even now she is not accepting calls. I have stayed in house as per agreement that is for more than 6 months and payed every rent and security amount by bank account transfer. Rent agreement is on my wife name. Please suggest and support me.
