We the tenents of a building which is demolished due to bad condition by MHADA.
Now Landlord does not develop, MHADA has given permision to land lord to develop.
We are forced to pay full rent while landlord collects the rent and other expenses but we hv no pasession of our rooms. We hv to pay the rent to the present landlord pluse we had to shift to other premises, so we hv to pay both sides while landlord enjoys the rent without giving us passesion.
