We are living in Bangalore as a tenant from last 2 years. We have vacated the house with 1-month notice. Our Owner is refunding very less amount from the deposit. We are paying rent of 26250 per month. As per agreement he should cut down max one month amount for painting and cleaning .he is cutting around 45-50K for painting and cleaning purpose. He is even cutting around 10,000 for sinking funds that should be paid by the owner to society and I have confirmed this from society office also that it should be paid by owner only not by the tenant. Please let us know what action we can taken in this situation.
