I am an RTI Activist from Mumbai. We live in a pagdi system building where owners have been harassing us by filing cases in the small causes court.
First RAE suit was filed in 1970 which we won in 1999
He filed appeal in 2000 which we won in 2006
again in 2011 he files fresh RAE suit against same party but this times he withdraws the case after i withdraw my complaint in bmc
now again in 2015 he has filed fresh RAE suit ... it seems he wants me to withdraw my complaint made against him ... hence he has filed this case to blackmail
kindly guide me what should i do to stop this harassment ... the cases are filed in the names of my cousin .. same people he had filed in 1970 ... my cousin are not interested in the case cause we have partioned the property ... what is the remedy for me to dismiss this case at the admission stage itself ??? he used to collect rent from me but later he stopped taking it nd now he say i was not giving rent ... i sent money order which he did not take ... same old trick
