Landlord demanding unpaid rent or complaint police

 Hi,
I have rented an office for my company, but due to bad business, i was not able to pay the rent properly. The landlord has been helping me out, by giving more than enough time to pay the rent arrears, but i was not able to pay that too, due to feeble income. Now since this is high time and it can not prolong the same way like this, the landlord lady is saying that they will approach police station and lodge complaint against me and company.

I sincerely want to settle this, but due to my irregular and very feeble income, i am not able to pay them the amount as promised, i am missing commitment after commitment.

I wanted to know, if such case can be filed against me or company and what will be implication.

Thanks in advance

The landlord has been accommodating with you.

Arrange funds and pay and obtain FnF as Nil.

The landlord may agree to waive off some amount.

Litigation might be costly for both.
