landlord is deducting a huge amount 50000 rs from the security deposit. citings petty reasons like geyser/ac not working...who should bear the cost of regular wear and tear of the electric equipment like ac remote sensor not working ? Can anyone suggest a good property lawyer in chennai and the cost of legal proceedings in such a case ?

Has the property's posession given. Do not give posession unless the security deposit is refunded in full or adjustment of fair amount!
