Hello respected practitioners.
I have a question for all of you. Please help me out. I am going through great financial crisis.
I have a land of 2 acres which is in the agency area and which is covered by tribal welfare acts known as 1 of 1970.
I want to know sirs that can I sell out this land to anybody who is not a scheduled tribe or non tribe without violating the tribal welfare acts or falling prey to LTR suite.
As per records my grandfather was the owner of the above said land. After his demise , my father as a legal heir became the owner. And after my fathers death, as a legal heir, I become the owner.
This is in our possession since 1960 before the act of the 1 of 1970.we are the pattedar to the said property.
If there is any possibility of selling as a whole single piece or by laying out as plots please reply me . It will be very helpful to me to face my financial crisis.
Please reply me.
Thanking you all in advance.
