Land surveying

Dear Sir

We have purchased land property in hyderabd in 1995 under company name and obtained all the legal opinions and make a survey with the mandal revenue inspector , who had given a report even to the collector answering our query to the nature of land while knowing the eligibity for conversion of land from agriculture to commercial. in due course of time due to financial crisis we have sold our property in 2015 and now the local government authorities are claiming a bit of land belongs to government. they are ignoring the boundaries mentioned in the earlier survey map and left the place just by keeping the stones. they said that they will give a detailed report afte complete survey of that particular survey no, which they didnt do till time. Now in this scenario we dont know what to do.?

They are bulldosing our queries and saying that their amrkings are final and all our earlier reports are wrong.

Kindly guide us in resolving this issue?

Regards

K.Sreenivas

You may initiate a civil action after giving due notice under Section 80 cpc.
