Land sold with wrong boundaries and correct survey number

Dear Sir/Madam, There are 4 heirs for an ancestral land. Out of which 2 heirs had sold the complete land with out the other heirs signature. During the registration, all the four boundaries of the sold land were mentioned wrongly and the survey number was given correctly. Is this registration valid? If valid, what kind of petition that the other 2 heirs can file on the heirs who sold the land? Do we have to include the current owner of the land(who bought the land) in the petition?

since they have sold the ancestral land without the consent of the legal heirs the transfer is illegal.you can obtain a stay in the court,

as far as wrong boundaries in registration deed is considered they can make those changes by going in for a rectification deed.now whatever they do doesnt make it legal
