I need to register agriculture land located in Telangana state. Need to know the process and what all are required.
Situation: My dad purchased the land from Mr A. He wrote a receipt (hand written on Rs 5 revenue stamp paper in year 1978) in my fathers name. The latest ROR-1B and Pahani has Mr B's name, who is brother of Mr A. Mr B is ready to get it registered in our name but the survey number does not appear in his passbook. Mr A and my dad are no more.
Please let me know whom to contact and what is the exact procedure/docs required for this situation.
