Land records issue

Hi My father was purchased land 20 years back with sadha paper at that time the paper was given to village revenue officer for the mutation in land records so the revenue dept given pattadhar pass book and tittle deed but till now there was not changed record and that record was changed to other name person so I was applied to mandal revenue officer to set rite this we are in possesion on site now so he was done mocha panchanama and taken statements from neighbour land owners but end of the time he was said I didnt done this process for set rite so I was sent email to the collector so the enquiry orders passed to officers so I need suggestion by this process will I get solution for it or not. And collecter and mro have right to change the record to the on site possesioners or not plz tell me
