Land records

Hi I am Shrikanth From Bangalore, Recently I purchased a house along with House and registered the same. Whether the owners name will be changed to my name in the RTC. Because I will be receiving 9 & 11 Forms from Gram Panchayat. Also would like to know In The present Survey number whether Hissa Number will change? Kindly advise
